Faustus (Space Marine)
Faustus was a Space Marine, who was the lone survivor of an unknown Chapter that was lost centuries ago.[1]
History
This occurred after the Chapter's Homeworld, was destroyed in an attack by Xenos. Since the lost of his Chapter, Faustus had sworn an oath of penance to destroy any Xenos he encountered and his fury was especially aflamed when fighting Aeldari pirates. This reaction has led Imperial scholars to speculate that it was the Aeldari, who had destroyed Faustus' Chapter. However it is not known if this was true or not, as he remained silent on the subject. Faustus will now never have a chance to speak on the matter, as he was among the Imperial forces who were slain[1] in the Dark Crusade's[2] Kith Campaign, as they fought the Drukhari.[3] While the Ordo Xenos did gather information on Faustus, the information was made classified by the Ordo. This included the name of his Chapter.[1]

Faustus was created for the Dark Crusade Campaign, by the Hobby Center staff of Games Workshop's West Oaks II store[1] in Novi, Michigan, USA.[3]
