Fire Lance

The Fire Lance is a type of weapon used by the Ecclesiarchy guardians of the Cathedral of Illumination on Scintilla.[1]
A reserve of Promethium heats the end of the weapon, cauterizing the flesh and boiling the blood of its victims. A mechanism also allows for the Promethium to be released in one go, acting as a flamer and showing the Emperor's fiery will in a particularly impressive blast.[1]
