First Knife
The First Knife is a relic Plasma Knife of the Leagues of Votann, that is wielded by Kahls and Grimnyrs.[1]
History
While normally Plasma Knives are ceremonial weapons that are rarely used in combat, the First Knife is vastly different. The relic is believed to have been crafted by the Votann themselves during the days before the Kin came to the Galactic Core and it is wrought with script so ancient that the Leagues can not read it. The weapon also contains a unique power source as well, which allows the First Knife to project a beam of laser energy that scythes through its wielder's foes at point-blank rage. All this has given the relic a particular cultural significance to the Leagues and allows it to be put to greater offensive use. More than one ambushing foe or double-crossing faux ambassador has discovered, to their cost, just how deadly the First Knife can be.[1]
