Folker
Folker is a Castellan of the Black Templars Space Marine Chapter.[1][2]
Biography
Born on the world of Holscht, Folker presented himself to the Chaplains of the Black Templars bearing his father's sword and declared himself ready for any trial awaiting him.[1]
Chaplain Burkarys determined that Folker's warrior spirit was indeed strong and possessed the ruthless edge required by the Black Templars. After all of the trials were successfully completed, Folker was allowed to become a neophyte. During his trials, Folker showed great bravery which was honoured by the chapter's artificers, who took his father's sword and crafted it into a power sword. The weapon was presented to Folker upon his elevation to the rank of initiate, and has carried it ever since.[1]
In 993.M41 Folker lead a crusade to the planet Nimbosa to try to liberate it from the t'au. He was opposed by Commander Brightsword.[2]
