Fulcaris is the Emperor's Champion of the Black Templar's Lastrati Crusade.[1]
Trivia
Fulcaris and the Lastrati Crusade were created by the Games Workshop employee Matt Hutson and they were featured in White Dwarf 312 (UK).[1]
