Geldling

The Geldling is a bizarre creature utilized by Asdrubael Vect, Supreme Overlord of Commorragh.[1]
The exact nature and origin of the creature is unclear. It claims to have no name and was created by Vect from encoded shadow. The creature is physically identical to Vect and once called him father, an act for which he was severely punished. Despite this, the Geldling still worships Vect.[1]
The main purpose of the Geldling is to serve as a body double for Vect in order to protect him from his many enemies in the Dark City. It exists only to be destroyed, but seems satisfied with this purpose.[1]
