Giridense
Giridense was a void harbour for the docking and resupplying the expeditionary fleets of the great crusade, as the Imperium learnt of Horus' betrayal, the fleets docked at Giridense began to offload all none essential personnel and resupply on ammunition, rations, equipment, humans and abhumans. Amongst these fleets were the Salamanders Space Marine legion. [2a]
As the fleet began to depart the Isstvan System, Astropathic Choir would attempt to enhance and relay a message from the Primarch Vulkan, stating his brothers to not act in haste and to gather at Beta-Garmon, a message that would not be heard. [2b] This message would not leave Giridense and instead be drowned by the warp and the Astropathic Choir killed due to a Alpha Legion agent called Ada Cam Li Hysen releasing a warp related gas that started to kill all humans connected to the warp including the Astropaths before becoming a vortex that ripped the station in half. [2a]
