The Golden Armour of the Custodes is a magnificent suit of power armour, that is among the most revered artefacts of the Blood Ravens Chapter.^[1a]

History

It is believed to have been worn by one of the Adeptus Custodes, who were guarding the Emperor when He boarded Warmaster Horus's Battle Barge, the Vengeful Spirit, at the culmination of the Horus Heresy. The very presence of this artefact on the battlefield can rally the faithful and allow them to shrug off even the most grievous of wounds.^[1a]
