Graham McNeill

Graham McNeill worked for Games Workshop between 2000 and 2006 as a games developer and a background material writer. As well as writing for White Dwarf, he worked on several codexes including the Tau, Necrons, Witch Hunters, Space Marines and Black Templars. After leaving Games Workshop in 2006 he became a freelance writer, but currently continues to produce novels for Black Library.[1]

From the Games Workshop Website (2007):[2] "Graham was born in Glasgow, Scotland, and studied Architecture and then Building Surveying at Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian Universities from 1989 – 1996. In 1996 he started work in an Architects’ office designing new flats and commercial properties, until one afternoon in December 1999 when he bought a copy of White Dwarf and saw an advertisement for a writer.

The following February, Graham started work for Games Workshop with Games Development as a Staff Writer, writing articles for White Dwarf and Army Books. In May 2000 he started writing for the Warhammer 40K team but also kept up writing articles for White Dwarf."[2]
