Grayan

Grayan was a Captain in the Blood Ravens Chapter, rumoured to have died in battle centuries ago.[1]
Each time the Blood Ravens have needed aid, however, Grayan has reappeared ready to aid his younger battle brothers in battle. Some claim he was last seen on the planet Typhon Primaris during the final battle of the Tyranid invasion.[1]
