Grigor Karollus
Grigor Karollus is a Dreadblade, who pilots the crimson Knight Abominant Thres'tal'agor.[1]
History
He is the leader of the Triumvirate of Torment, which is also composed of the Dreadblades Talon of Ruin and Nicodemus. However Karollus is fused within the Thres'tal'agor's Throne Mechanicum, as his flesh has stretched and melded to its machinery with unpleasant growths. His psychic might, though, is fed by three captured Psykers, who hang impaled upon rusted spikes on the Thres'tal'agor's cursed rune covered carapace. Even as they are tormented by the Knight Abominant's Pterrorshades, the Psykers' essence is taken by Karollus, who lets it wind around his Electroscourge and soak into Thres'tal'agor's fabric. His powers have caused the Knight Abominant to develop a mantle of shadow around it, which is filled with eldritch energies.[1]
