Haakonath, or Haakoneth, was the Homeworld of the Star Phantoms Chapter, until it was overrun by Hrud in the Death of Haakonath.[1]
The planet is described as having "shattered", implying that it was utterly destroyed by the Hrud's time distortions.[1]
