Haephos has found itself on the brink of calamity in M42 as it deals with numerous uprisings by Chaos Cults, Mutants, Genestealer Cults and an invasion by the T'au Empire. Though, the Great Rift has cut off the world from the Imperium, the world's Imperial Commander, Zula Hatiar, is still loyal to the Emperor and has vowed to wipe these Heretics, Mutants and Xenos from Haephos' surface.[1b]
