Harte

Harte was an Imperial Commissar active in late M41.[1]
By 999.M41, Harte was attached to the 32nd Noctan Strike Force. While stationed on Monglor during what seemed to be a routine recruitment run for the Monglor Ogryn Auxilia, the mood among the Ogryn tribesmen that the Noctans had rounded up was noticeably worse than on previous drives; whereas before the Ogryns had eagerly boarded their transports, ready to serve the Emperor's will, on this occasion they seemed almost hostile towards their recruiters. Fortunately, after Harte gave a set of inspiring speeches to the Ogryns, the recruitment proceeded far more smoothly and no violence broke out.[1]
