Helicta Chemin
Helicta Chemin is an Astropath, who serves the Imperial Fists Chapter.[1]
Biography
In M42, she was part of the Chapter's strike force that went to aid the Defenders Obscurus. The Imperial Fists Successor Chapter's Homeworld had been invaded by Hive Fleet Ouroboris, which had devastated the Defenders. Their ruined state left Chemin with little hope that the Chapter could be rescued, even with the strike force's aid. She was initially proven correct, when after hours of fighting the outnumbered Imperial Fists fleet was unable to cut through the Tyranids' Bio-ships. However the tide turned, when a Torchbearer Fleet, sent to give the Defenders the ability to create Primaris Space Marines, suddenly appeared and cut through the Hive Fleet. The Torchbearer Fleet then sent its forces to the Defenders' Fortress Monastery, which was being defended by the few remaining members of the Chapter. These reinforcements secured the Fortress and Hive Fleet Ouroboris, was later defeated by the Imperial Fists and Torchbearers.[1]
