Hell Razor Interceptor
The Hell Razor Interceptor is an aircraft used by the forces of Chaos.[1a]
Description
Resembling a long sharp, elongated axe-head, the Hell Razor has a set-back cockpit with a black canopy positioned at the point where the bow of the blade-wings met. Considered the cream of the Chaos airforce,[1a] the Hell Razor is as fast and as heavy as a Thunderbolt.[1d]
The Hell Razor is vector-thrusted by usage of vector nozzles on the belly, allowing it to outperform any conventional aircraft by viffing, breaking or even pulling into a near-hover,[1a] or going near vertical.[1b]
The aircraft is equipped with an auspex display, cannons,[1b] and laser weaponry.[1d] It can also carry heat-seeking missiles.[2] The Hell Razor's voice-activated auto-gunsight features a target finder, searching for and locking onto enemy planes.[1b] It is also equipped with a rear pict-sight.[1c]
The pilot, connected to the Hell Razor by spinal plugs,[1d] wears a full-head helmet and a suit of grav-armour,[1b] his life maintained[1d] by auto-pumps and cardio-centrifuges.[1b]
Furthermore, the pilot's eyes are augmented, directly linked to the aircraft's gunsight,[1b] seeing what the weapons see. The Hell Razor also directly feeds the pilot data about fuel tolerance, payload and energy.[1c]
