Helm of the Daemon's Eye

The Helm of the Daemon's Eye is a relic of the Thousand Sons.^[1]

This warped battle-helm is set with a crystalized eye which belongs to the Daemon-seer Yzmaxis the Preceptor. When donned, it extends crystal shards that bore into the user's scalp and conjoin the Daemon's eye with their living mind. This allows the user to perceive the shadows of things yet to come and gleam how best to react to them.^[1]
