Heracal is an Adeptus Custodes Vertus Praetor,^[1] who took part in the Horus Heresy's Siege of Terra.^[2]

History

During the invasion of the Imperial Palace, Heracal defended the area around the Peacemaker's Square with his fellow Custodians Lytanus and Artoris. Together they defeated numerous groups of attackers and as they did so, Heracal was filled with stern determination and an unflinching conviction. He swore that as a single Custodian still lived, the Imperial Palace would never fall.^[2]
