Heresy's Reach is a master-crafted Combat Shotgun belonging to the Blood Ravens Chapter.^[1]

Heresy's Reach was lost during a doomed mission aboard the foul and twisted Space Hulk Heresy's End, but was later found in the Aurelia subsector by the Blood Ravens. How the weapon reappeared is unknown, but it carries the foul resonance of the Warp.^[1]
