Hester (House Cawdor)
Hester was a Thane of Necromunda's House Cawdor in early M41.[1]
History
Hester and Thane Vextrum, became revered by House Cawdor due to their refinement of the Holy Book of Brayne, which effectively changed the structures of the House. Hester is also most well-known as the author of the Six Hundred Torments of Brayne, an accounting of the trials endured by the Redemption Cult's founder, Encorderius Brayne, during his journey through the Underhive. Cawdor's Redemptor Priests have long used this tome as the basis for their tortures – as it is sound logic that a Heretic's soul will be saved, if they can experience the pain Saint Brayne went through.[1]
