Highlock IV is a high gravity human world that is controlled by the Velk'Han Sept.[1]
Highlock IV was an abandoned Imperial colony which joined the T'au when their Empire expanded into the Jericho Reach. Coming from a high gravity world, the Freemen are short and stocky, but are heavily armed and armoured. They are often used by the T'au as shock troops to break open holes in enemy formations.[1]

- Highlock Freemen - Elite Gue'vesa Auxiliaries used by the T'au Sept of Velk'Han in the Jericho Reach.[1]
