Horzark Prime was the site of a battle between the Imperium and the Orks of Warlord Ghazghkull, in M42. During the course of the fighting, Painboss Grotsnik gleefully led his warband Da Corpse Lootas in attacking a Vostroyan Firstborn field medicae station. After its defenders were butchered, Grotsnik had his Meat Wagonz filled with Vostroyan and Ork bodies, as well as any wounded Firstborn that still lived. Da Corpse Lootas then made their escape, but not even Grotsnik's orderlies knew what use he had for the Human specimens they collected.[1]
