Overview
The Hourglass is on the outer edges of the main hive city, an area referred to as Sector Periferus. It is the spire Freight Port HL-32-2, The Hourglass. It is a long abandoned naval depot once bustling with naval trade and people on and off world. People, freight, and refueling voidships were once an all too common sight long ago.[11][12]
Now it is a rundown spire ravaged by hive-quakes[1a] and regularly battered by dust storms from the Witherlands.[1c] It is home to criminals, outcasts, and mutants cast out to the fringes of hive society.

- Excise Vault Spireside-13 is an old Excise Vault that is home to a Servitor colony that is the only one of its kind left on Atoma.[11a]
