The Hybrean Hunters, also known as the Ork-Hunters of Hybrea, are an Imperial Guard Rough Rider Regiment from Hybrea renowned for their skill in defeating Orks.^[1]

History

Hybrea

Hybrea was at one time beset by Orks leading to centuries of conflict with the Hybrean Hunters, and earning the Hunters the reputation as the greatest "Ork-Fighters" in the Imperial Guard.^[1] Hybrean Hunters have developed customs around Ork hunting, such as wearing Ork-bone jewelry and feasting upon cooked Ork flesh after their successful hunts.^[1]

Sekundar

Hybrean Hunters were present on Sekundar when Blood Angels Captain Leonatos lost the Blade Encarmine to Orks of Waaagh! Garshul, and were among the final companies which defeated the remaining Orks after the conflict ended.^[1]
