Ice Wolf (Fauna)
The Ice Wolf was a species native to the Knight World that the Freeblade known as the Ice Wolf and her twin sister hailed from.[1]
Description
The Knight World was constantly shrouded in an ever-raging blizzard and the Ice Wolf species concealed its heat signature while hunting. The species would then close in on its prey while doing so, until the Ice Wolf was close enough to strike. It would then launch an aggressive attack in an instant to kill its prey. The Freeblade Ice Wolf patterned her attacks after the species, which were later wiped out when the Black Legion destroyed her homeworld some time after the Great Rift's creation. She and her sister were off-world when this occurred though, and the twins were their Knight House's only survivors. The two then decided to become Freeblades afterwards and they swore to no longer use their birth names. This led the Freeblade to choose the extinct Ice Wolf species as her new namesake.[1]
