Idolatros System

The Idolatros System is a Ultima Segmentum System that lies in the fringes of the Somnium Stars Warp Storm, which has left it tainted by the power of Chaos.[1]
History
In M42, the System was used by the Daemon Vashtorr the Arkifane to hide the Daemon World Wyrmwood. After it was assailed by Imperial forces in the Battle of Idolatros, the Idolatros System became the site of Vashtorr's activation of The Key and is now home to a large rift in reality.[2] Rumours also say that many dark and terrible secrets still continue to proliferate in the region.[1]
