Ilthalech Starblade
Ilthalech Starblade is a Corsair Lord, who commands a large alliance of various Xenos warbands.[1]
History
He led his alliance in invading the Szabryne System in the Nephilim Sector, just as it was about to be enveloped by the Nephilim Anomaly. Though he faced the Imperium's might defending the system, along with numerous Xenos and Chaos forces who invaded as well, Starblade did not seek to conquer Szabryne. Instead, the Corsair Lord sought to plunder its worlds before the system was struck by the Anomaly. To do so, Starblade successfully exploited the conflict between the Imperium and Chaos forces, as well as manipulating some Xenos factions, while forging alliances with others. Those Xenos warbands favoured by Starblade were then left well provisioned for when the Corsair Lord's alliance finally fled Szabryne. Not every member of his alliance did so, however, as Starblade left behind any Xenos who were too warlike or were unable to escape with the Corsair Lord in time.[1]
