Inferni Gates
The Inferni Gates is a region of the Galaxy, located in the part of Segmentum Obscurus that lies within the Imperium Nihilus, close to the Warp Storm known as the Bleak Coil. The region is a current Imperial warzone.[1]
Overview
The region consists of twin singularities which orbit one another in a vortex of gravitic energy. Chaos Space Marines under the Sorcerer Kazik Gyle have repeatedly raided Imperial worlds and shipping from this refuge, seeding rebellions across dozens or more worlds. Gyle has made use of these conflicts to enrich himself, gaining more followers and drawing the favour of the Gods of Chaos. How Gyle is able to navigate the singularities without falling victim to its gravity remains a mystery.[2]
The Inquisition has classified all information pertaining to it and only those with the proper clearance can learn anything about Inferni Gates.[1]
