Ivarr Ironstrike is a Primaris Iron Priest of the Space Wolves Chapter.^[1b]

History

He gave^[1b] the Skyclaw^[1a] Gunnvor Kane a millennia-old power hammer to wield and later built an Augmentic arm for Kane as well. When the Skyclaw was mournful over the injury, Ironstrike reminded Kane that though the hammer he wields had been rebuilt many times over, it was still the same hammer. And the Iron Priest claimed the same would hold true for Kane as well.^[1b]

• Ivarr's quote regarding the hammer's components being replaced and yet still being the same weapon can be considered a reference to the Ship of Theseus, a thought experiment first conceptualised in Ancient Greece.
