Ixas is an Imperial Forge World, which contains the Las-Impulsor STC.[1]
History
In 536.M38, the STC was stolen by a sizable force of Chaos Space Marines, who swept the Forge World's resistences to bear it away to the Maelstrom where it was used to fashion a great many corrupted Daemon Engines.[2]
The Las-Impulsor would remain within the Warpstorm for millennia, until the Freeblade Moritor Repugnum led a Black Templars Crusade into the Maelstrom and recovered the STC. The Las-Impulsor was then returned to Ixas with great ceremony in mid-M41.[1]
