Izo Primaris was the capital city of the planet Vulscus.[1]
Izo Primaris was the oldest and largest city on Vulscus and seat of the Planetary Governor, boasting extensive starport facilities. The city was devastated by the Emperor's Warbringers after Governor Mattias put an unearthed artefact on display which turned out to be a bolt pistol wielded by Horus.[1]
