Ja'Kleum Yrandi
Ja'Kleum Yrandi is an Asuryani Striking Scorpion Exarch of the Craftworld Saim-Hann, who has become a Bounty Hunter.[1b]
History
He showed such a natural talent for warfare from an early age, that Yrandi quickly progressed through his Warrior Path. His service to Saim-Hann would see Yrandi take part in over a hundred campaigns and the Exarch earned the respect of his Craftworld and the fear of his enemies. However disaster struck, when Saim-Hann received a distress call from an Exodite colony on Cirrus Prime. It was under attack from the warband of the Human Chaos Champion Domini Trista and Yrandi led a detachment of his Craftworld's forces to defend the colony. When they arrived, the Exodites were horribly outnumbered by the Warband, but even Saim-Hann's forces were not enough to achieve victory. Instead, Trista's warband defeated the Aeldari and laid waste to the colony, before leaving to search for more worlds to attack.[1b]
It was assumed that every Exodite and member of Saim-Hann's force had been killed during the battle, but Yrandi later awoke among the dead bodies littering Cirrus Prime. Seeing this, Yrandi then collected their Spirit Stones and buried all of the dead Aeldari by himself. Afterwards, the enraged Exarch felt disgraced by his defeat and vowed to track down and kill Domini Trista and her Warband. By doing so, Yrandi felt he would be able to avenge the deaths of his brethren. Before he left on his journey of revenge, though, Yrandi chose to wield the Phoenix Lance of Cirrus Prime's Exodite Lord as his personal weapon. Ever since then, Yrandi has served as a Bounty Hunter and aids other Aeldari, while he hunts down Trista's warband. He has thus far been hired to kill everything from common criminals to Greater Daemons and even worse things besides. While he has emerged victorious each time, these battles have caused Yrandi to lose any sense of fear that he once had. As a result of this, the Bounty Hunter is now immune to any kind of psychology.[1b]
