Domini Trista
Domini Trista is a Human Champion of the Chaos God Slaanesh, who commands her own warband.[1b]
History
Little is known about Trista's past, except that she was once the First Mate on a Rogue Trader ship. This ship traveled the trade routes along the outskirts of the Eye of Terror, but was last seen near the Cadian Gate. The ship was presumed lost with all hands, until Trista recently resurfaced as a Chaos Champion of Slaanesh. Since then, her warband has gone on a rampage of hit-and-run attacks on worlds. Cadia and Tallarn are just some of the places Trista has struck, as she carves a bloody path across the Galaxy.[1b]
The Chaos Champion has made a mortal enemy in the Asuryani Ja'Kleum Yrandi, who clashed with Trista's warband on the Exodite World colony of Cirrus Prime. Yrandi had been a Craftworld Saim-Hann Striking Scorpion Exarch at that time, and had led a detachment of its forces to defend the Exodite World from the Chaos Champion. However Trista's warband defeated the Aeldari and laid waste to the colony, before leaving to search for more worlds to attack. It was assumed that every Asuryani and Exodite had been killed, during the battle, but Yrandi later awoke among the dead bodies littering Cirrus Prime. The enraged Exodite then vowed to track down and kill Trista and her Warband, in order to avenge the deaths of his brethren.[1b]
Chaos Abilities
As a Champion of Slaanesh, Trista bears several gifts from the Chaos God. This includes the Mark and Allure of Slaanesh, along with being able to emit a Soporific Musk that causes those enemies near her to stumble.[1b]
Wargear
Her weapons include a Skull Whip, a Shock Whip and a Laspistol. Trista is such an expert in wielding a whip, however, that her attacks can not be parried.[1b]
