Jansen is a Primaris Techmarine in the Ultramarines Chapter.^[1]

Jansen's card initially showed him to be a Howling Griffons Firstborn Techmarine,^[2] but it was later changed to make him an Ultramarines Primaris Techmarine.^[1]
