Janus is an Imperial Jungle Agri World and the first planet of the Telikos Epsilon System in The Cauldron region of the Koronus Expanse. It is part of the von Valancius Rogue Trader House's trade empire.[1]
House Vyatt has ruled the planet for several generations in M42. Despite efforts to tame the planet, Xenobeasts, earthquakes, tsunamis, pests and weeds continue to undermine the arable land. Vistenza Vyatt was one of the planet's rulers. The main staple foods produced are Helican Flint Corn and Red Turnip as well as domesticated Grox.[1]
The planet was created as a Lilaethan, an eldar Maiden World. Because of this, the planet itself fights back attempts to change it.[1]
