Jean-Robur du Queste
Jean-Robur du Queste was a Space Marine of the Imperial Fists Chapter.[2d]
Biography
Du Queste was born in Caritaigne on the planet Triandr. At one point he was part of a military expedition from Caritaigne that sailed to the island of Eokaroe to do battle with their enemies, an army from the nation of Sipang.[2a]
The two armies met in battle, clashing with both each other and a number of the native Eokaroeans in heated combat.[2b] Unbeknownst to the armies, a recruitment party of Imperial Fists was observing the battle (Triandr being one of the Chapter's recruitment worlds); du Queste, along with Zatori and Taloc, were among those judged worthy of becoming Aspirants due to their actions.[2c]
After being inducted, the three became Scouts, serving under Veteran Scout Sergeant Hilts.[1]
All three eventually became full Battle-Brothers, following the events on Vernalis.[2d]
