Jula II was a Necron Tomb World, that also contained other Sentient life upon it.[1]
History
These frightened locals prayed for an end to the Necrons and their prayers were answered by the Great Unclean One Rotigus. The Greater Daemon of Nurgle unleashed a omniphagic infestation in response and it consumed the metallic Xenos, much to the celebration of the locals. However Rotigus' plague did not end and soon began consuming them as well.[1]
