Kôttak (Merchant)

Kôttak is a Kin whisper-merchant and rumour-monger of the Trans-Hyperian Alliance who resides in Farmarket. Although he does not speak Aeldari, he has traded with the Eldar Corsair band known as the Starsplinters on more than one occasion.[1]
