Kabal of the Hanging Skull

The Kabal of the Hanging Skull is a Dark Eldar Kabal.[1]
The Kabal is allied to the Haemonculus Coven of the Thirteen Scars and fought alongside them in the Battle of Belial IV under the Archon Salar, who was killed during the fighting.[1]
