The Kabal of the Thirteenth Whisper is a Dark Eldar Kabal.[1]
They are considered to be perhaps the strangest of Kabals, as they keep their faces shrouded at all times. The Kabal of the Thirteenth Whisper are reputed to traffic heavily with Mandrakes and their raids are nightmarish affairs with tides of shadow proceeding the Kabal's advance, while chill-eyed horrors stalk the darkness.[1]
