Kagawa

Kagawa was a Vice Admiral of the Imperial Navy, who commanded the Retribution Class Battleship Throne of Blood during the Badab War and the Invasion of Pireaus.[1]
After the battle of Pireaus V he later made an observation concerning the secessionists: that "They fought as if the Tyrant's Claw was at their necks, and they feared him far more than mere death at the muzzles of our guns".[1]
