Kalf is a Frontier World in the Calixis Sector. It is the home of the Sand Devil.[1][2]
A planet-wide desert of shifting sand seas harbour a number of highly aggressive autochthonic life forms. Of late, Kalf has served as a staging ground for Imperial Guard regiments deploying to Kulth. A Dark Eldar force identified as the retinue of the Haemonculous Tevriel Vektesh has launched numerous realspace raids into the system, and the deeps of the Kalfian sand seas, to unknown ends.[3]
