Karkova Massacre

The Karkova Massacre was a battle between the forces of the Astra Militarum and an Eldar army.[1]
It is known that the 187th Valhallan regiment took part in this battle; at one point they acted as a rearguard to defend the withdrawal of the main Imperial force. Presumably the regiment was totally destroyed, according to information later discovered in the diary of Lieutenant Shtava.[1]
