Kaspar Sylar

Kaspar Sylar was a General of the Kavrone Dragoons Regiment and was leading them in the Bale Stars Crusade.[1a]
During the campaign on Laxus Secundus, Sylar was implicated by Commissar Severina Raine in the conspiracy led by Lord General Militant Alar Serek. The heretics were seeking to utilize aid from the Sighted Chaos Cult as a means to obtain immortality. Raine and fellow Commissar Lukas Vander executed both Sylar and Serek.[1b]
