Kibellah is a member of the Bloodspun Web, an Assassination Death Cult aboard the House von Valancius Flagship who serves the holder of its Warrant of Trade. As the Second Spinner, it is her sacred duty to act as the Domin's Blade, Shield and Shadow.[1]
While she does not believe it, her interactions with the Bloodspun Web's Emperor's Tarot indicate that she - and possibly others of her cult - are low-level Psykers.[1]
Born Naaki Erebis, her parents Randor and Xioni were visited by the Vizsier of the Bloodspun Web, who demanded the next firstborn child of their clan be given to the cult to be trained as a new spinner.[1a]
