Kindred of Vôrtun
The Kindred of Vôrtun is a Kindred of the Leagues of Votann affiliated with the Greater Thurian League. Its Hold is the world of Obsyd Gate.[1]
Overview
For many cycles, the Kindred of Vôrtun has fought in the galactic northeast to defend their territories against Chaos forces spilling from Warp Storm Örgvayr. Reinforcements from other kindreds enabled its Hearthspake to consolidate its gains and determine a new course. Many of its Kâhls have pushed fora further expanse west, and inspired by figures such as the departed Uthar the Destined they have dispatched dozens of Oathbands, Harvests, and Prospects into the Imperial sectors of the Sepulchor Sector. Here they have become embroiled against Imperial forces while funneling resources back to Obsyd Gate and claiming new territories.[2]
