Knuthor was once a Human Feral World, that was ruled over by Orks.[1]
History
By late M41, the primitive enslaved humans of the world worshiped their Ork masters as prophets of the deity known as "King Thug". In 983.M41 the nearby Forge World of Graia dispatched forces to Knuthor after learning that an Ark Mechanicus may be buried around the Roks of the planet. Within a year, both Xenos and humans alike had been scoured by Graia Skitarii[1] and the salvaged pieces of the Ark Mechanicus borne reverently back to Graia.[2]
