Koltok is a Dead World of the galaxy, located at the edge of the Maelstrom.[1]
During the Great Crusade, the Space Wolf Hvarl fought on Koltok. He battled against a mechanical warrior made in the image of a former king who was long-dead by that point. Hvarl defeated the machine and, in recognition of his deeds, he was elevated to the rank of Thegn and earned the epithet "The Headsman of Koltok". In addition, he claimed a trophy from his battle against the machine, which the Iron Priests re-forged into a power axe known as Hearth-splitter.[1]
