Krieg Artillery Team
Krieg Artillery Teams, are large man-portable wheeled artillery pieces used by the Death Korps of Krieg.[1a]
Description
There are occasions when even heavy weapons mounted on crews lack the necessary firepower to break the enemy's line. In such situations, more formidable artillery is called upon.[1a]
Given the vast expanse of the Imperium, some regiments—particularly the siege forces of the Death Korps of Krieg—deploy even larger artillery pieces in battle. These immense instruments of destruction are positioned using tracked vehicles, massive servitor units, or enormous dray beasts. Some of these weapons launch colossal shells over vast distances to demolish fortifications, while others fire volleys of rockets filled with chemical nerve agents to force enemy troops from their cover or unleash cluster munitions on alien energy weapon batteries.[1a]
