Krios Cassan

Krios Cassan was an officer of the Ultramarines active during the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy.[1]
By the time of the Heresy's outbreak, Cassan had command of the Vinculum Unitatis, flagship of the Ultramarines fleet stationed at Espandor. When the World Eaters turned Traitor and attacked Espandor, Cassan (believing that the fleet's signals weren't getting through to the Ultramarines mustering at Calth), ordered the vessel Azureus to make a break for Armatura while the rest of the fleet protected it.[1]
